Qalam Helpers (qalamhelpers.store) is operated by Aasma Verma, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with and what choices you have. By creating an account or buying from us you agree to it.

1. Information we collect

We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. You enter those on the payment gateway's own secure page.

2. How we use your information

• To create your account, process payments and give you access to what you bought.
• To issue invoices and keep the records the law requires.
• To answer your questions and handle refund or support requests.
• To protect the site against fraud, abuse and security threats.
• To send you service messages about your account or orders. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our RBI-authorised payment gateway partner. To complete a payment we pass your name, email, mobile number and the order amount to the gateway. The gateway's own privacy policy applies to the information you give it.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• the payment gateway named above, to process your payment;
• our web hosting provider, which stores the site's data on our behalf;
• authorities or courts, if the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie (qalam_session) to keep you logged in and to protect forms from forgery. It does not track you across other websites. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. How long we keep information

• Account information: for as long as your account is open. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Order and invoice records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to 8 years). These cannot be deleted earlier.
• Messages and support requests: up to 3 years after the matter is closed.
• Server logs: up to 90 days.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery. Payment confirmations are verified server-side using the gateway's signature. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your account and personal information (subject to the legal retention above);
• withdraw consent you gave us, and give us a complaint or grievance.

Write to qalamhelpersstore@hotmail.com from your registered email. We will confirm that we have received your request within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.

9. Children

Our products are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please use the site only with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision. If you believe a child has given us information without such consent, contact us and we will delete it.
